We have received excellent customer service from enquiry of bus schedule to ticket booking. They have given the seat choice as well as epass. The bus was neat and most important was it came on time and stopped at good place during night for washroom and tea and snacks ... One feedback they need to let customer know of carrying bedsheet during trave...
